One fun fact about Keyonia is that she loves to sing and act.

When asked to Keyonia what her goals were, she replied “Teamwork is essential to intervention, therefore, providing group therapy in the workplace can be an effective plan to motivate healthy employer and staff engagement. Therefore, I plan to study the impact of therapy in the workplace. This research can enlighten employers and staff on the strengths of therapeutic access in the work setting such as assisting employee stress management, being proactive with staff interpersonal struggles, building a culture of trust to create an open forum that permits staff to address any concerns in a safe place”.
